According to the bill (Re.№2564) it is suggested to adopt the State Program on the fulfillment of the items of the U.N.O. Convention on rights of a child in order to provide the functioning of the legislative and social protection of children in Ukraine
During the discussion the members of the Committee indicated on the necessity of the fastest adoption of the bill. The detention in the adoption will have negative impact on the realization of the state policy regarding children. The absence of the State program, adopted by the law, will not allow to provide the systematic children protection in Ukraine
